Brandon Hoffman, Team Leader & Top Producing Realtor

Brandon grew up in the greater Columbia area, Swansea to be exact. After HS he played a year of college baseball at Newberry College before transferring and graduating with a degree in Land and Resource Management from Clemson University. Brandon then spent 5 years on the coast at Fripp Island & Hilton Head where he managed nature centers and worked in environmental education (with a little nuisance wildlife control mixed in). Trivia fact: Brandon has twice been bitten by an alligator; ask him if you want to know more. Since moving back to Columbia in 2005 to start his real estate career he has won customer service and production awards and is a nationally certified real estate instructor. During his free time Brandon plays around with technology, enjoys playing softball and cards with friends, being outdoors, and watching most any kind of sport.

Garnet Noblet

Marketing Coordinator

Garnet helps stage and market for the team including but not limited to updating websites and sending out mailers. She also runs a successful Southern Living business (great for housewarming parties). Originally from Indianapolis, Garnet has lived in several locations prior to moving to SC.

Teresa Rigon

Sales Associate

Teresa started her real estate career in 1998. Over that time she has worked as an admin. assistant, prop. manager, new construction agent & general buyer/ seller agent. She has three children that have been through the local schools and has lived in Columbia since her relocation from GA in the 90’s.

Marty McKinney

Transaction Coordinator

Once a property goes under contract Marty works on scheduling inspections, document preparation, and attorney and lender follow-up. Marty also works some with buyers. Prior to real estate, she worked with the Dep. of Vet. Affairs servicing Veteran home loans.
